Our St. Patrick's Day Party!
Even though St Patrick's Day is not until Tuesday, to night is the night we could get everyone together for our family celebration of one of our favorite holidays! So here are just a few snap shots from our evening. We all had so much fun getting all decked out in green! And my frozen Chocolate Mint Cake was a hit! We had a beautiful meal of Corned Beef and Cabbage, with potatoes and carrots and salad with green homemade ranch! But I forgot to take a picture... Sorry! I was too busy enjoying the delicious spread of food. Oh well you will just have to imagine! Anywho- Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone!
